This action not only helps to secure our border, it will protect women and children from by bringing justice and accountability where it is needed the most.
"This legislation isn't just about protecting women like Laken Riley and countless others who have been brutalized by these lawless predators,” said Rep. Mace. “It's about exposing the presidential administration and the left's callous disregard for the safety and well-being of American women."
Under the proposed bill, aliens convicted of sex offenses or domestic violence, or those who admit to committing such atrocities, will be deemed inadmissible into the US, and those convicted of a sex offense or conspiracy to commit such an offense will be deported.
