Standing with Israel
Our office is a strong advocate for the U.S.-Israel alliance, consistently championing Israel's right to defend itself against aggression from terrorist organizations. Our office has voted to send crucial aid to Israel and supported the accelerated deployment of U.S. military resources to the region in response to imminent threats. We have condemned Hamas and Hezbollah for their roles in perpetuating violence and chaos, and demanded accountability from the administration regarding funding for anti-American and anti-Israel groups. We are committed to countering global terrorism and standing with our allies and the Jewish community.
More on Standing with Israel
(Washington, D.C., July 8th, 2025) — Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-1) reintroduced the No Amnesty for Hamas Sympathizers Act, cutting off all immigration benefits and legal protections for individuals from Palestinian-controlled areas or those holding Palestinian Authority travel documents.
The urgency behind this legislation has only grown following the horrific antisemitic attack in Boulder, Colorado. This bill is a crucial step towards keeping terrorist organizations like Hamas from entering our country.

This morning, we introduced two America First pieces of legislation:
🇺🇸 The No Amnesty for Hamas Sympathizers Act
🇺🇸 The Muslim Brotherhood Is a Terrorist Organization Act
This is about protecting Jewish Americans, standing with our ally Israel, and slamming the door on terror.
God Bless America.
We stand with Israel, fully and without hesitation. Iran was days away from a nuclear weapon.
They fund terror and want Israel wiped off the map. Israel has the right, and the duty, to fight back.
We pray for Israel, we pray for all Jews around the world, we pray for our U.S. military deployed overseas tonight.
God bless each and every one. America must never flinch.

(Washington, D.C., June 10, 2025)- Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) introduced the Muslim Brotherhood Is a Terrorist Organization Act, directing the Secretary of State to formally designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) under Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

This week I visited the home and kibbutz of Shiri Bibas and her two precious baby boys, Ariel and Kfir.
"The ICC, by targeting our ally Israel and issuing baseless arrest warrants against its leaders, has clearly demonstrated a bias and an affinity for those who support terrorism. We will not tolerate the ICC's love affair with terrorists or its attempt to criminalize legitimate self-defense. This executive order is about standing up for our allies and making sure the ICC doesn't turn into some kind of political weapon. We support Israel and will not back down.”
“We fully support President Trump’s decision to reinstate the "maximum pressure" campaign against Iran. History proves this works. When the Trump administration first implemented maximum pressure, Iran’s economy took a major hit, limiting its ability to fund terrorism and build its nuclear program. Weak enforcement let Iran slip through the cracks—oil exports surged, and uranium enrichment skyrocketed to near weapons-grade levels.”
"This deal is a testament to the strength and leadership of Donald Trump, whose peace-through-strength policies prove once again to be the only way to stand up to cowardly terrorists like Hamas. Terrorists thrive on chaos, suffering, and the oppression, torture and murder of innocent people, and any agreement with them is a grim reminder of their barbarity. We must bring every single hostage home—Hamas’s reign of terror will not go unanswered, and the world must never waver in crushing their tyranny once and for all."
