REP. NANCY MACE APPLAUDS KENTUCKY COURT FOR HOLDING THE LINE ON TITLE IX

(Washington, D.C., January 9th, 2024) – A federal court on Thursday blocked President Biden’s proposed changes to Title IX, halting his efforts to expand the definition of sex to include gender identity nationwide. Rep. Nancy Mace delivered the following statement: 

“Title IX was created to protect the rights of women and girls, not to let men invade their spaces and steal their victories. The Biden administration’s twisted version of Title IX is an insult to fairness, and it’s a blatant attempt to erase women from sports and classrooms. Thank you to Judge Danny C. Reeves for having the backbone to block this outrageous power grab, standing up for the privacy, safety, and dignity of women and girls. This decision is a win for common sense.”
