Our Visit to Life Cycle Engineering

Last week, our office had the opportunity to visit Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) for a tour, where we learned about their critical services for the U.S. Military and global organizations. During our visit, we discussed how we might further efforts to reskill transitioning service members and recognize the impact of employee-owned organizations. LCE, an employee-owned company with an ESOP, has been supporting DoD contracts since 1976 and is actively involved in initiatives like the Employee-Owned Contractor Roundtable pilot program. We also explored their commitment to helping veterans transition into IT and cybersecurity roles through programs like their DoD Skillbridge partnership.
