Congresswoman Nancy Mace Issues Statement On Bill And Hillary Clinton Depositions This Week In House Oversight Committee
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Jan. 12, 2026) – Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01), member of the House Oversight Committee, issued the following statement regarding Bill and Hillary Clinton's scheduled depositions in the Committee’s investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.
Bill and Hillary Clinton were subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee to be deposed regarding their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton is scheduled to be deposed January 13th and Hillary Clinton on January 14th after already dodging their originally scheduled December depositions, yet as of today, neither has confirmed they will show up.
"Bill and Hillary can run, but they can't hide. No one is above the law. Not a disgraced former president, not a failed presidential candidate, no one.
“The American people deserve answers and accountability in the Epstein investigation, and the documented evidence doesn’t lie: the Clintons had a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton flew on the jet, Hillary Clinton took campaign checks, and we intend to get to the bottom of it.
“They are obligated by law to appear and we expect them to do so, if they try to dodge again then they must be held in contempt of Congress. This is their last warning. Show up and answer our questions, or face criminal prosecution."
