Mace visits Summerville Police Department to Talk De-Escalation

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Nancy Mace spent much of Monday speaking with law enforcement personnel of the Summerville Police Department, getting briefed on their cutting-edge de-escalation program and presenting Police Chief Doug Wright with a Congressional Award for over two decades of public service.

Congresswoman Mace was even "bola wrapped" in a demonstration of the latest in less-lethal law enforcement technology.
