Rep. Mace, 33 Lawmakers Urge Biden to Grant Veterans Access to Pentagon Parking Lot

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) on Tuesday sent a letter to President Joe Biden urging him to reverse his decision to reject a permit request filed by American Veterans (AMVETS) to use the Pentagon’s parking lot for their Rolling To Remember Memorial Day event. Memorial Day traditions like Rolling to Remember have been granted permits by every administration, Democrat and Republican, for the past 30 years.
"After decades of bipartisan support for AMVETS to use this parking lot, it's a shame the Biden Administration has chosen to disrespect a long-held Memorial Day tradition,"Mace said. "I am hoping President Biden will rethink his decision and rightfully honor our veterans this Memorial Day."

Background:
