Rep. Mace Addresses Ukrainian People

Washington, D.C. - Rep. Nancy Mace released the following statement about her appearance on Ukrainian State TV:

“On Wednesday night I had the opportunity to speak on Ukrainian State TV in a syndicated broadcast across multiple networks during their wartime coverage. I voiced my strong support for their efforts to defend themselves against the horrific war crimes being perpetrated by Vladimir Putin. It was a unique opportunity to speak directly to the Ukrainian people, to explain America’s support, and what role Congress has in providing aid to their fight. While American troops should not be involved in the conflict, I do believe people fighting tyranny anywhere should never be alone, and as long as the cause is just, America will continue to step up.”
