REP. MACE HOSTS 10TH TOWN HALL EVENT OF AUGUST, STOPPING IN EVERY COUNTY

The office of Congresswoman Nancy Mace has hosted a “Coffee/Cocktails with your Congresswoman in every county in South Carolina’s First Congressional District.

Charleston, S.C.- Today, Rep. Nancy Mace issued the following statement marking the conclusion of a busy August work period:

“August was a great opportunity to interact with constituents and travel all across the Lowcountry. This afternoon, we hosted a “Cocktails with your Congresswoman” on Edisto Island, ensuring we have held an event in every county of South Carolina’s 1st Congressional District,” said Rep. Mace. “It is truly uplifting to see so many people come to our events, ask questions, hear their concerns, and meet our team. We will continue these events and look forward to meeting more of you!”

Starting this past Summer, the office of Congresswoman Nancy Mace has put on a series of events across the Lowcountry, with a great turnout at every location.

ABOUT

Congresswoman Nancy Mace grew up in the Lowcountry. She is the daughter of a retired Army General and retired school teacher. Before being sworn into Congress, Nancy earned accolades as one of the most fiscally conservative members of the South Carolina General Assembly; she’s also one of the most pro-conservation lawmakers in the state of South Carolina. Nancy is the recipient of the 2019 Taxpayer Hero Award from the South Carolina Club for Growth; she has a 100% record of voting to lower taxes. Nancy is also the recipient of the Champion Award from Palmetto Goodwill for her efforts in education and in helping those most in need receive job training; she has a 100 percent rating with Conservation Voters of South Carolina.
