Rep. Mace Releases Statement on Voting Against Yesterday’s Continuing Resolution
December 3, 2021
Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) released the follow statement on her voting against today’s continuing resolution:
“I came to Washington to reign in government spending and shrink the federal budget. This is now the second continuing resolution by this Congress, all because they want to continue passing reckless taxes and even more inflation-causing spending. This isn’t about keeping the Federal Government open. I cannot support a broken process,”said Rep. Mace.
“Any future funding must include provisions that prohibit unconstitutional vaccine mandates, prohibit funding for Critical Race Theory propaganda, and must prevent any money from going to keep our borders open and unsecured.”
