Rep. Nancy Mace Stands With Epstein Survivors, Returns To DOJ For Second Visit To Review Unredacted Files

February 11, 2026

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Feb. 11, 2026) – Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) stood with survivors of Jeffrey Epstein at a press conference, demanding full transparency and accountability in the ongoing investigation into Epstein's co-conspirators.

"This morning we stood with the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein as they courageously shared their stories," said Congresswoman Mace. "While I have personally lost all faith in the justice system, I will never lose faith in the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell."

Rep. Mace condemned what she described as a broken, two-tiered justice system and vowed to stand with survivors until justice is served.

"The era of cover-ups is over. We will stand beside survivors until our last breath," Mace added. "I have zero faith in America's justice system. It's two-tiered: one for the rich and powerful, one for the rest of us. I'm willing to die on this hill fighting for the truth and justice.”

During her first visit to the Department of Justice on Tuesday, Rep. Mace uncovered significant gaps in the available information.

“Many of the co-conspirator documents are missing or still redacted. I was unable to view critical information. Memos and attachments drafted by the DOJ on potential co-conspirators remain hidden. The excuse we got was 'this is how they received the data.' This is unacceptable," Mace added.

Rep. Mace will return to the Department of Justice today for a second visit from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. to review unredacted files and push for answers. She will review them at Two Constitution Square (TCS) 145 N Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20002.

"What is clear: these girls were young. They were groomed. Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell are pedophiles. The American people deserve every page. Every name. And every truth the government is holding onto," Mace continued.

Rep. Mace has vowed to continue pushing for transparency, accountability, and justice for all survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Updates will follow today's visit.
