(Washington, D.C., November 18th, 2024) – Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) announced today she is introducing a resolution to ban transgender women from using biological women’s restrooms at the U.S. Capitol. This measure reflects Mace’s ongoing commitment to protecting women’s rights and pushing back against policies which erase the unique needs and identities of biological women.

“Over 1.4 million asylum cases pending in our immigration courts, an all time record high. This is a direct result of the lefts' weak criteria for amnesty. Our borders are being overrun because the left has sent a clear message: come one, come all. This is not sustainable. Congress needs to act now and stop the flood of illegal immigrants at our border.”
