When COVID-19 first reared its ugly head in the United States last spring, we immediately closed schools, with no knowledge of how it would affect our children.

 

But as spring turned to summer turned to fall, evidence mounted from countries around the world and select U.S. cities that sending our kids to school is not only safe, but preferred.
