INTRODUCING: The Preventing the Recognition of T*rrorist States Act

We just introduced the Preventing the Recognition of T*rrorist States Act.

This bill would designate the Taliban as a Foreign T*rrorist Organization, the Taliban-run government of Afghanistan as a State Sponsor of T*rrorism, and prohibit federal agencies from taking actions recognizing the Taliban-led government of Afghanistan.

We led this bill in the House during the 118th Congress, with a companion effort led by then-Sen. Marco Rubio.

T*rrorists pretending to be a legit government are still t*rrorists.
