Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) voted yes on H.R. 5, the Parental Bill of Rights Act. The legislation seeks to protect the fundamental rights of parents to oversee the education and care of their children.

The legislation is built on five, common-sense principles:

Carter, Sr. (D-La.) introduced the bipartisan Addressing Digestive Distress in Stomachs of Our Youth (ADD SOY) Act, a bill which requires schools to provide fluid milk substitutes upon request of a student or parent/guardian.
