Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) released the following statement regarding her vote to repeal the 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF):
 
"Nearly two decades ago, Congress authorized the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. But ever since, the Washington foreign policy establishment has used those authorizations to justify dragging out these conflicts and dragging us into new unchecked, unilateral, never-ending wars across the globe," Mace said.

The Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) program was established to provide federal dollars to venues suffering from the impact of COVID-19 closures.
