Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) on Friday voted to pass a bipartisan bill to restore basic protections against dangerous levels of methane emissions from the oil and gas industries.
 
“As the representative of South Carolina’s First Congressional District, I have a responsibility to protect the Lowcountry from methane leaks, which devastate the health of both our residents and our environment," Mace said.
