Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) issued the following statement Wednesday after voting against final passage of Pelosi's Payoff to Progressives:

"I've said it before and I'll say it again: this 'COVID-19 Relief' bill has nothing to do with COVID-19 relief. Of the $1.9 trillion in new spending in this monstrosity, less than 9% of it is slated to actually fight the pandemic. Even worse, $1 trillion sent by Congress for COVID-19 relief hasn't even been spent yet.
