(Washington, D.C., January 3rd, 2025) — Congresswoman Nancy Mace has reintroduced the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act, taking action to keep dangerous illegal aliens with violent rap sheets out of the United States. By amending the Immigration and Nationality Act, this bill ensures swift consequences for predators who have invaded American communities. This bill is one of 12 bills selected for the rules package.
