The Constitution

Washington's corrupt politicians tell you they support the Constitution but have long disregarded its limitations when inconvenient. The fact is our constitutional liberties have faced relentless assault for decades. We've witnessed bipartisan hypocrisy in the defense of constitutional principles, selectively applied to suit political agendas.

It's vital that we reject the politicization of the Constitution and the disregard for its protections. Our office will always vote in favor of freedom and always prioritize the Constitution in our decision-making. Our commitment to upholding constitutional principles extends beyond rhetoric; we have demonstrated this by holding accountable entities like Twitter in numerous hearings for their censorship practices, ensuring that the rights of all Americans are protected in the digital sphere.

Every American has the inherent right to practice their religion and express their views without government interference. Privacy, due process, and the right to a fair trial are fundamental liberties. The Second Amendment guarantees law-abiding citizens the right to bear arms. And each state has the right to govern itself free from excessive federal intrusion.

The Constitution stands as the bedrock of our nation, illuminating the path towards life, liberty, and justice for all. Without it, our nation would not be the beacon of freedom it is today. For more information concerning work and views related to the Constitution, please contact our office.
