(Jan. 28, 2026) — Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace announced Berkeley County has been awarded $1.8 million through the South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs (SCDVA) Military Enhancement Fund for two new firefighting vessels and a heavy duty tow vehicle, a major investment in the Lowcountry's emergency response capabilities and public safety.

(Jan. 28, 2026) — Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) today issued the following statement after learning a transgender named “Rem Heathen” whose real name is Michael Richard Fadich, the Antifa violent extremist who posted a death threat against Rep. Mace in May 2025, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder in Oregon:

In May 2025, Fadich posted a graphic on Instagram depicting a gun pointed directly at Rep. Mace’s face. The message was unmistakable: he wanted her dead.

(Jan. 23, 2026) – Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace secured a significant legal victory with the successful removal of her civil case from state to federal court, affirming the constitutional protections afforded under the First Amendment, political speech, and Constitutional protections for federal legislators under the Speech or Debate Clause and federal supremacy, et al. 

A sitting Congresswoman going pro se against the establishment and winning is unheard of.

(Jan. 23, 2026) – Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace introduced the No Tax on Boat Loan Interest Act of 2026, legislation to strengthen South Carolina's marine manufacturing industry and put money back in the pockets of our state's boating families. The bill extends the existing above-the-line loan interest deduction available for American-made motor vehicles to American-made boats, providing critical tax relief to South Carolina families and coastal communities.

(Jan. 20, 2026) - Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) confirmed federal prosecutors are seeking a 21-month prison sentence for an individual who threatened to kill the Congresswoman and detonate explosives at her Congressional office in a series of threatening communications sent last year.
