WASHINGTON, D.C. - Yesterday, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability marked up the MACE Act, a bipartisan bill aimed at modernizing federal cybersecurity job requirements to foster a more diverse and competitive workforce. The bill was introduced by Rep. Mace (SC-01) and is co-led by Rep. Katie Porter (CA-47).

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rep. Nancy Mace (R-South Carolina), U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-New York), and Senator Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) introduced the bipartisan Protecting Older Americans Act. The legislation would invalidate forced arbitration clauses which prevent age discrimination victims from seeking justice and public accountability.

 Washington, D.C. - Representative Nancy Mace (SC-01) along with Representatives Lou Correa (CA-46) and Jack Bergman (MI-01) recently introduced H.R. 1822, the PLUS for Veterans Act of 2023, bipartisan legislation that will safeguard Veterans from fraud, abuse, and bad actors who seek to take advantage of them when they seek VA disability benefits. The bill will also protect Veterans’ right to seek private assistance when seeking benefits if they so choose.
