Women & Victim's Rights
In our ongoing efforts to champion women and victims' rights, our office has introduced numerous pieces of legislation this year alone. From combatting cybercrimes and human trafficking, to addressing violence perpetrated against women by illegal aliens, we're dedicated to enhancing accountability and imposing stricter penalties on perpetrators of violence against women.

Congresswoman Nancy Mace
We’ve all heard it before - the GOP has a “woman” problem.
The party rarely won among men, and has lost year after year among women. One of my goals as a woman and a Republican is to change that. The Republican Party can do two things at once: protect life while also standing up for women.
"Protecting women and children from sexual predators should be one of our nation’s top priorities. While some in D.C. play politics, our most vulnerable are left at risk. It’s essential all of our relevant agencies are fully committed to this mission. We need to ensure every report of abuse is thoroughly investigated and that no child falls through the cracks. Our focus must be on protecting the innocent lives of the most vulnerable, not on political distractions."
Kamala Harris and the Biden administration have lost nearly 300,000 illegal immigrant children, with no clue if they’re safe from human trafficking or exploitation. This is more than negligence—it's aiding and abetting human traffickers. House Republicans are working to end this nightmare and restore the secure borders we had under President Trump.

In South Carolina, the scourge of human trafficking is not just a news segment or a distant tragedy; it is a pervasive threat to our children, our neighbors and our collective conscience. Last year alone, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division reported an alarming 357 human trafficking cases involving nearly 500 potential victims, predominantly minors entrapped in sex trafficking. This is a stark increase from 416 victims in 2022, signaling a critical and urgent need for action.

Major win for children's safety in South Carolina! State Rep.
