From combatting cybercrimes and human trafficking, to addressing violence perpetrated against women by illegal aliens, we're dedicated to enhancing accountability and imposing stricter penalties on perpetrators of violence against women.

September 25th, 2024) – Congresswoman Nancy Mace introduced the "Childhood Genital Mutilation Prevention Act," a bill designed to put an end to gender-related surgeries and treatments for minors. This legislation will protect our children from irreversible procedures with devastating and permanent consequences to their health and wellbeing.

Nancy Mace's bill aimed at protecting women and girls by ensuring undocumented migrants convicted of sex offenses or domestic violence are deported or deemed inadmissible to the country passed in the U.S. House Wednesday night.
(Washington, D.C. September 18, 2024) — Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 7909, the Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act, by a vote of 266 to 158. The bill now heads to the Senate, bringing it one step closer to becoming law and protecting women across the nation.
