Our firefighters and first responders answer the call without hesitation, we must do the same.
This weekend, we attended a charity hockey game in Florence which raised critical funds for life-saving cancer screenings for Myrtle Beach's firefighters. It's our duty to protect those who protect us every single day.
South Carolina STRONG.
This was an act of domestic terrorism.
ICE officers were attacked during a lawful operation, and one officer was forced to fire defensive shots to survive. Responsibility lies with politicians who incite hatred against law enforcement and then act shocked when violence follows.
ICE agents now face a 1,300 percent increase in assaults and an 8,000 percent increase in death threats, fueled by the Left’s pro-criminal policies that turn officers into targets.
Law enforcement deserves our full support.

We just introduced the Preventing the Recognition of T*rrorist States Act.
This bill would designate the Taliban as a Foreign T*rrorist Organization, the Taliban-run government of Afghanistan as a State Sponsor of T*rrorism, and prohibit federal agencies from taking actions recognizing the Taliban-led government of Afghanistan.
We led this bill in the House during the 118th Congress, with a companion effort led by then-Sen. Marco Rubio.
T*rrorists pretending to be a legit government are still t*rrorists.
Congresswoman Nancy Mace BACKS THE BLUE.
13 year old DJ Daniels, who has been initiated into over 1,300 law enforcement agencies nationwide, visited our Charleston office recently to discuss supporting law enforcement and public safety.
Today we recognize every veteran who has served our great country.
In December 1968, my dad, then Captain Mace, Company A, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry, led his men near Dong Xoai under enemy fire. He flanked bunkers, rescued a downed helicopter crew, and took out gunners while saving lives. His actions destroyed an enemy supply complex and earned him the Distinguished Service Cross.
A soldier. A leader. A hero.
To every veteran who has served our country, thank you for your sacrifice, your courage, and your love of America.
