WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ACT APPROVED BY THE HOUSE
Big Win for the SC Ports Authority
(Washington, DC, December 3rd 2024) – On December 3, 2024, the bipartisan Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) was overwhelmingly approved in the House and is now heading to the Senate for final approval.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WTOC) - South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace sent a letter to the USDA and NIH demanding a briefing after the recent escape of 43 monkeys from a testing facility in Yemassee.
Multiple monkeys are still unaccounted for after seven days. Mace says this is only the latest in a long list of violations from this USDA and NIH-funded laboratory.

Weekly unemployment claims are creeping up and continuing claims have reached their highest levels in three years. House Republicans are getting things back in order.
